Celebrating a Legacy: MC Hall of Fame Induction – April 2025

On Saturday, April 5, 2025, the Manheim Central Field Hockey program had the distinct honor of attending the Manheim Central Hall of Fame Banquet, a special evening dedicated to recognizing the incredible achievements of distinguished alumni who have made a lasting impact on our school, community, and beyond.

This year, we were proud to celebrate Jeanette Newcomer Arnold, a standout member of the Class of 1978, who was inducted into the MC Hall of Fame Class of 2025. Jeanette’s contributions to Manheim Central, both on and off the field, have left a lasting legacy — and her recognition is more than well-deserved.

As a former MC Field Hockey athlete, Jeanette not only demonstrated excellence in her sport but has continued to inspire through her dedication to her career and community. Her passion, leadership, and commitment serve as a shining example for our current players.

What made the evening even more special was the presence of many of Jeanette’s former teammates, who gathered to celebrate this meaningful milestone. Seeing generations of Baron athletes come together reminded us just how strong and proud the Manheim Central Field Hockey family truly is.

We are incredibly thankful for the opportunity to witness this moment and connect the past with the present. Jeanette’s induction is a beautiful reminder that the bonds we build and the effort we put in — both on and off the field — can leave a legacy that inspires for years to come.

Congratulations, Jeanette, on your well-earned place in the Manheim Central Hall of Fame!
